As the weather gets cold and the snow is on the ground it is the perfect time to begin our indoor training at Bicycle Village in Westminster. Parents and Juniors are invited to join us with the session starting promptly at 1:00pm every Saturday and running until 3pm (or later). Bicycle Village supplies the trainers, so what do you need to bring?

Your Bike and yourself with water and a snack (you can also by a snack at the bike shop).

Each Saturday we are figuring out the interest, do a quick bike fit, and then spinning. Bike videos and movies will be playing.
